Mum’s Famous Mirrool Creek Lamb Meat Loaf

750g Mirrool Creek Lamb Mince
250g Mirrool Creek Lamb Sausage Mince
1 Green Capsicum (finely chopped)
1 onion (finely chopped)
3 rashers of bacon (finely chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 cup bread crumbs
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Salt and pepper

Combine Bacon, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add condensed milk to bread crumbs and mix. Combine all ingredients, mix well and put in foil containers or baking dish and cook at 180degrees for approximately 40minutes or until knife comes out clean. Drain excess fat and then serve hot or cold.
