Mirrool Creek Lamb attends Masterclass with Martin Boetz

Sam Hayes joins Longrain’s Executive Chef Martin Boetz and Delicious Magazines Food Director Valli Little at Masterclass.

Vogue Entertaining and Travel and Delicious Magazine hosted cooking Masterclasses in Sydney and Melbourne. Brilliant chefs from around the nation demonstrated how to create some of their signature dishes. In Martin’s four Masterclass sessions he had all of his guests completely entertained with his exceptional skills and delightful wit!

Martin created a three course meal and showed exactly why Longrain, after recently celebrating their 10th Birthday, is still one of the most popular and respected restaurants in Australia.

The team at Longrain have been using at least 100kg of Mirrool Creek Lamb every week for over a year. Martin has an incredible knowledge and passion about the production process of food and hence he invited Sam to talk about her lamb, where it is from and why it is important to have an understanding about the origins of what we eat.
